The “Centre Hospitalier de Tourcoing” is a public healthcare establishment located in the northeast of the The European Metropolis of Lille. More than 2000 professionals work together to provide consultation and hospitalization in Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics, EHPADs and technical facilities (Laboratory, medical imaging, pharmacy).

EMERGENCY CONSULTATION

At the emergency desk you will be asked to present an official identity document and any insurance membership document (such as the updated VITAL card, the European card, a Belgian health insurance label, a complementary health insurance, an AME card, an insurance certificate proving the coverage of health care).

A patient subscribing to a foreign insurance must, from the first health care and at the latest within 24 hours, request a certificate of coverage of the care from his insurance (some foreign insurance companies refuse requests after the deadline).

SCHEDULED CONSULTATION

To make an appointment for a consultation, you can reach the secretariat by telephone on 03 20 69 45 00 from 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:15 p.m. to 5 p.m.

You  will be given the date and time of the appointment as well as the place of the check-in point where you will have to go to confirm your arrival and complete your administrative file.

On the day of the consultation appointment, you must go to the desk indicated when making the appointment.

SCHEDULED HOSPITALIZATIONS

On the day of your admission to scheduled hospitalization, you must go directly to the service which will have been indicated to you when confirming your appointment.

During your stay in hospital, you must check with an agent at the admissions counter (ground floor of the Châtiliez Hospital) that all the supporting documents for the reimbursement of healthcare costs by the insurance companies have been forwarded to the admissions office of the Tourcoing Hospital Center.

A co-payment of 20% of the daily price as well as the fixed prices (daily, insured participation) and the single room service can be covered by the complementary health insurance according to certain exemptions and certain contractual conditions.

We invite you to check with health insurance organizations and supplementary health insurance to be informed of the service costs remaining at your expense.

A hospital social worker can assist you in your efforts to assert your rights to social security.
If you do not have health insurance, you remain liable for the full cost of treatment.

We will be happy to welcome you to an establishment which is modernizing its reception capacities. You will be hospitalized in a room with 1 or 2 bed (s), with a bathroom. The allocation of the private room will be made according to availability by the care station on the day of your hospitalization.
